As the CoVid- 19 virus is rapidly evolving every day and our living situation is also constantly changing, I wanted to write to offer advice in regards to keeping safe and healthy.

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to continue practicing measures to help reduce to risk of transmission. What can you do to reduce risk?
- Stay at home if you feel sick.
- Call your GP or coronavirus hotline 1800 675 398 if you need medical attention. They will tell you what to do.
- Continue healthy habits: exercise, drink water, get plenty of sleep and keep up with safe hand hygiene and coughing etiquette.
