COVID-19 and How To Keep Safe
Dear parents and guardians,
I hope you are all well and keeping healthy and safe during these times.
As the CoVid- 19 virus is rapidly evolving every day and our living situation is also constantly changing, I wanted to write to offer advice in regards to keeping safe and healthy.
It is vital to stay up-date with current CoVid-19 advice and information so please follow the link https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus. Also on this website, if you are feeling unsure about your symptoms there is also a self-assessment tool that will help you better understand the risk based on your personal circumstances, link: https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus-self-assessment
Please call the Co-Vid 19 hotline on 1800-675-398, if you suspect you may have the CoVid-19 virus, which is open 24/7. Please call 000 for emergencies only.

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to continue practicing measures to help reduce to risk of transmission. What can you do to reduce risk?

Stay at home if you feel sick.

Call your GP or coronavirus hotline 1800 675 398 if you need medical attention. They will tell you what to do.

Continue healthy habits: exercise, drink water, get plenty of sleep and keep up with safe hand hygiene and coughing etiquette.
